The press combines heat generated by precision heating bands with the pressure of a durable steel screw pump. After a short warm-up period, simply load your nibs into the hopper, and watch as rich cocoa butter flows from the designated outlets. The remaining material, perfect for turning into cocoa powder, is discharged from the end of the tube.

Achieving a yield of 35% to 45% cocoa butter, depending on the origin of the beans. Simple to use and highly efficient, it’s the ideal tool for chocolatiers who want to personalize their creations and maintain complete independence from large-scale suppliers.
