This machine model is a cold press oil machine designed for industrial-scale cocoa butter production, featuring a 2200-watt motor, an ABB brand motor driver for speed control, and a specially designed pressing system that operates continuously without clogging or stopping.
This machine model is equipped with unbreakable ball bearings and is highly efficient with its 2.2 kW motor. Additionally, it features an automatic lubrication system that enhances operational efficiency.
It can also be configured as a multi-line system with 2, 4, or 8 press heads, making it suitable for oil production facilities.
Apart from cocoa nibs, it is designed to process dry seeds and nuts continuously without clogging or stopping. It operates with low energy consumption.
You can use this machine model to produce oil from all cocoa nibs and their derivatives.
Our machine operates on cold press technology. However, it is equipped with a heating system and a digital heater control system on the control panel, enabling it to be used as a hot press if desired.
